WELCOME

....Well & Cosy.

It was a cold January about five years ago, when we moved into the house. For years this old hotel "Mon Repos" was left empty. Sitting by the warm fireplace in the living, we made our plans. It had to become a special place for us, as well as for our guests.

Eventually there is not much left of the original plans. We noticed that this project had to grow slowly. For this moment we continue working with the chosen ways of decoration, atmosphere and styles. The positive reactions of our guests, in the last years, indicate that we are on the right track.

I hope to offer you a pleasant stay. Just cosy with a cup of coffee or tea, a burning fireplace, a glass of wine from Provence, Beaujolais, Dordogne or perhaps Champagne. May the lovely garden and the beautiful rooms bring you pleasure! Finally, a lot of domesticity. Myself as the hostess, my husband John, our children Guusje, Ties and Marith and the animals in the garden, will certainly contribute to this.
